Shipping Info:
U.S. orders for in-stock items are typically shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This is important to consider when choosing next day or 2nd day delivery - the day the order is placed and/or shipped does not count. International orders may be delayed an additional day due to time zones and PayPal payment verification. Orthoco currently ships via U.S. Priority Mail or Federal Express.
The following are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed (in-stock orders are shipped from New Jersey):
U.S. Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (domestic U.S.).
Fed-Ex Ground: 1 to 7 business days depending on delivery zone (domestic U.S.).
Fed-Ex Next Day Air: Next Business day (Example: a Friday shipment should arrive the following Monday).
Fed-Ex 2nd Day Air: 2nd Business day.
U.S. Priority Mail International: Averages 7-14 business days but time will vary with destination.
*Please do not count order date and/or shipping date when determining shipping times.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orthoco will not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses.
Unclaimed or Refused Parcels:
Please be advised that Orthoco will not be responsible for unclaimed or refused parcels whereby the shipping company made frequent attempts (varies by shipper) to deliver an order however, either no one was available (regardless of whether the destination is a home or business) to claim the parcel or the parcel was refused for any reason (exception: visible damage, see above). If the parcel is returned to Orthoco, the customer shall be liable for all shipping costs including any additional cost to re-ship the order.
